What is the reservation process?
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of reservation. This will hold the inflatable(s) of your choice for your available day. Balance is due at the time of pick-up/delivery. We accept cash, checks, or credit cards to satisfy your balance.
How does delivery/pickup work?
All promoted prices are for pick-up/drop-off by the renter at our storage location in Lexington. Delivery/Set-Up/Tear Down/Pick-Up is available. Our fee for delivery is $50 within 15 miles from our storage location. Anything over 15 miles will be an additional $0.26 cents per mile.
How many children can be in each inflatable?
The number of patrons varies from inflatable to inflatable due to the different dimensions of the units. Also, your party members age and weight will determine this. A general rule of thumb for a standard size combo inflatable unit:
Ages 3 to 8……….8 person max
Ages 8 to 13……..6 person max
Ages 14 to 16……4 person max
Extreme Slides should be no more than two persons waiting at the top while one person is on the slide and one person is climbing the stairs.
Can we wear our shoes in the inflatables?
Before entering the inflatable remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, belts, sharp/pointed objects. Please empty pockets before entering.
Are the inflatables inspected for cleanliness and safety?
YES!!! We take pride in having clean and sanitary inflatable units for your friends and family to enjoy. Each inflatable is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every use. During this time, we inspect each unit for wear and tear on high traffic areas and check all the seams to ensure a safe and fun filled rental for your event.
Who sets them up?
All prices shown are for pick-up/drop off at our storage location in Lexington. Delivery is available for an additional charge. Our fee for delivery is $50 within 15 miles from our storage location. Anything over 15 miles will be an additional $0.26 cents per mile.
How long does it take for setup?
Set-up is quick and easy. Roll the inflatable to the desired location, unroll and unfold the unit. Attach the air blower to the unit, ensure all zipper pockets are closed and turn the blower on. Stand back and watch as the inflatable pops up. If the inflatable does not pop-up within 3 to 4 minutes, shut the blower off and contact a member of 5 Lil Monkeys.
When do they get delivered and picked up?
All rentals are for a 24-hour period. Generally, we allow pick-up between 4 and 7 the day before your event and ask the units be returned before 10AM the day after your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
The $50 reservation fee is Non-Refundable. This fee can be transferred if you need to change your rental dates up to 72 hours before your rental. Any cancellations or changes within 72 hours will be a forfeiture of deposit and ½ of the rental fee will be collected if we are unable to rebook the inflatable. Weather, as we cannot control this, is not an acceptable reason for cancellation.
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
To ensure you get the inflatable(s) you desire on the date you desire, we suggest making your reservation as far in advance as you can. Remember, the inflatable you want to think about tonight and reserve in a day or two is the same unit another person thought about and considered last night and will reserve while you’re thinking it over.
What types of payment do you accept?
A credit card is required for the $50 deposit. The balance can by paid in cash, check, or credit card.
When is payment due?
The $50 deposit is due at the time of reservation. The balance can be paid anytime between your reservation time and the time of pick-up.
Are you licensed and insured?
The state of South Carolina does not require that we have any type of operations license; however, we are fully insured well beyond the minimum requirements.

Does the blower need to be on the entire time?
Yes. The blower needs to remain on at all times to ensure the inflatable has enough air to support the user. If the blower unit is turned off or the air release zippers are opened, the inflatable will deflate.
What surfaces can the inflatables(s) be setup on?
Grass is the most desired surface to set-up on. Other than that, the inflatable can be set-up on dirt and asphalt. We try to avoid setting up on concrete, but it can be done. Absolutely NO set-up can be done on any type of rock surface.
Are we responsible for damage to the unit?
Yes! This is part of the rental agreement you sign at the time of reservation. Any damage to the unit, beyond normal wear and tear, is your financial responsibility. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to your credit card upon discovery of the damage.
